Did you ever need to print something but had second thoughts of waisting ink? The people behind ecofont.eu are giving away a free version of their text that uses up to 20% less ink.
The font basically has hollow circle cutouts that are unoticeable when printed in small text sizes; great for printing rough drafts for editing and so forth.
To download and use the font, follow these directions:
- Download the Spranq_eco_sans_regular.ttf EcoFont from this web page on to your Desktop or known folder.
- Navigate to My Computer > C:\ (or where Windows is saved) > WINDOWS > Fonts
- Copy and paste the Spranq_eco_sans_regular.ttf file into the WINDOWS\Fonts directory.
- Now open Microsoft Word or any other text editing application and use “Spranq eco sans.”
